Important: To use this feature, first set up email integration. See Integrate Your Email Account for more information.
To send a group email, follow these steps:

Click the Send group email icon.
On the next screen, you have the option of sending using a template or creating an email from scratch. To send using a template, click on a template name and click Select template.

If creating an email from scratch, compose your email as normal and click Send Group Email to send the email.
Congratulations, you’ve sent a group email. The email will be sent individually to each email address at a rate of around 5 seconds per email. Sent emails may be viewed in the Emails tab of the contact record, and will show as completed tasks under the contact’s Tasks tab.
There is a limit of 100 email addresses per group email. If a contact has more than one email address on their account, the additional email addresses will count towards this total.
Contacts without email addresses or who have unsubscribed will be excluded from the send. These contacts do not count towards the 100 email addresses per send limit.
Note: Your total daily send limit is determined by your email provider (i.e. Gmail). Emails submitted over that limit will be queued and will send when your provider resets your limit, usually at around 00:00 GMT or 4 p.m. Pacific.
