Importing Your Top Producer® Listings Into Your Top Producer® Website

Top Producer Websites allow you to import your Top Producer CRM listings. Your visitors can view all the listings (that you have selected to import) from your website.

  1. From the Website Control Panel, click Listings in the main menu.The Listings Manager window opens.

  2. Click the Import Listings button. The Import Listings from Top Producer® page will open.

  3. Select whether you want to import Active, Sold, and/or Sale Pending listings. Enter a start and end date under Import listings between the following dates to restrict your search by date range.

    Note: The Open my Top Producer® Account button will open www.topproducer8i.com in a separate window, so you can log in to your account.

  4. Click Retrieve Listings. The Select Listings to Import page opens.

  5. Place a checkmark next to the listings you’d like to import.
  6. Click Import.
  7. You will be returned to the Listings Manager window. Your imported listings will appear here.
  8. Click Save Listings Settings to save your changes.

Log in to import your listings.
