Importing your Top Producer Listings

Both Top Producer Websites and Realtor.com Featured Websites allow you to import your Top Producer listings. Your visitors can view all the listings (that you have selected to import) from your website.
  1. From the Website Control Panel, click Listings in the main menu.The Listings Manager window opens.
  2. Click the Import Listings button.

  3. Select whether you want to import Active, Sold, and/or Sale Pending listings.
  4. Select Import Listings Within the Following Dates to activate the From and To date fields. Enter your date ranges.

Note: The Open Top Producer Account in a new browser window link will open www.topproduceronline.com, where you can login to your account.

  1. Click OK. The Import Top Producer Listings window opens.

  2. Place a checkmark next to the listings you’d like to import.
  3. Click Import.
  4. You will be returned to the Listings Manager window. Your imported listings will appear here. 3
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
