There may be instances when emails cannot be forwarded to your email address if you are using the Top Producer Website servers or Realtor.com Featured Website servers for this functionality. These issues may be the result of a blacklisting. This will be stated in any bounce back messages you receive for the email that could not be forwarded.

In any case of email interruption, please contact the Technical Support department to resolve the issue.
