Top Producer® 8i CRM: Backing Up Your Google Contacts

Note: Top Producer® 8i CRM Google Sync will be discontinued September 30, 2021. Please use Top Producer® X CRM Contact Sync and Calendar Sync instead.

If you enable Contact Sync in Top Producer CRM, changes you make to your contacts in Google will appear in Top Producer CRM and vice versa. If you intend to enable this integration, you should back up your Google contacts in Google Contacts first before completing the setup in Top Producer. For details on how to do this, refer to the Export or back up contacts article in Google Contacts Help.

Note: When exporting your contacts in Google Contacts, ensure you select the Google CSV format.
