Posting and Commenting in a Contact Record

You can post and comment to a Contact's Facebook profile from the Summary tab in their Contact Record. From the Summary tab, on the right hand side in the Social Media Activity section, click the Facebooktab to reply to your contact's posts. Below are different ways you can reply to a post or comment to a Contact's Facebook profile.

Click Post and an area will expand to allow you to post a comment directly to the contact's Facebook profile.
Click View Profile to open the Contact's Facebook profile page allowing you to view their recent activity. From here you can reply to any post as your normally would from within Facebook.
Click Like to Like the contacts post. After clicking Like, you can always unlike the post by clicking Unlike.
Click Comment and an area will expand allowing you to type in your comment regarding the post, when finished you can click on the Post button. Your comment will then be displayed in your Contact's Facebook Profile.
Click View Post to open the post on the Contact's Facebook page. From here you can reply to the post as you normally would from within Facebook.
