Top Producer® 8i CRM: Mozilla Firefox Configuration for Top Producer CRM

Before you begin with Top Producer CRM, you should properly configure Mozilla Firefox for a seamless Top Producer CRM experience.

Configuring Options for Mozilla Firefox:

  1. On the Firefox menu bar, click the menu button and choose Options.

  2. Click Privacy & Security.

  3. Click the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows.

  4. In the Allowed Websites – Pop-ups window, type https://www.topproducer8i.com into the Address of website field and click the Allow button.

  5. Click Save Changes to close the Allowed Websites – Pop-ups window.

  6. Click the Exceptions button next to the Warn you when websites try to install add-ons option.

  7. In the Allowed Websites – Add-ons Installation popup, type https://www.topproducer8i.com in the Address of website field and click the Allow button.

  8. Click Save Changes to close the Allowed Websites – Add-ons Installation pop-up.

  9. Close the Options tab.

Configuring your browser to open Top Producer CRM pop-ups in tabs rather than launching new browser windows makes navigating between windows easier. Your Top Producer CRM windows will display as tabs on a single browser window, instead of hiding them on the Windows taskbar. It is recommended, though not essential, that you enable tabbed browsing.

Configuring Tabbed Browsing
  1. On the Firefox menu bar, click the menu button and choose Options.

  2. On the General settings page, select Open links in tabs instead of new windows and When you open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately.

  3. Close the Options tab.

 

Adding Top Producer and Top Producer Campus to your Firefox Bookmarks

  1. Open Firefox and type in the web address you wish to bookmark and press Enter.
    • To bookmark the Top Producer CRM sign-in page, type in www.topproducer8i.com.
    • To bookmark the Top Producer Campus page, type in support.topproducer.com.

  2. Click the star icon on the menu bar.

  3. Click Done.

  4. The Top Producer web address can now be accessed by the clicking the Bookmarks icon in the toolbar and choosing your Top Producer bookmark.

Log in to Top Producer CRM.
