Configuring your Internet Browser to Use Tabs
Configuring your browser to open Top Producer pop-ups in tabs rather than launching new browser windows makes navigating between windows easier. All your working Top Producer windows display as tabs on a single browser window, instead of hiding them on the Windows taskbar.
Configuring Tabbed Browsing in Internet Explorer:
- From the Internet Explorer menu bar, click Tools and then click Internet Options.
- From the Internet Options window go to the General tab. From the Tabs area, click the Settings button.
- The Tabbed Browsing Settings window opens. Confirm that the Enable Tabbed Browsing check box is selected.
- Select the Always switch to new tabs when they are created check box.
- From the When a pop-up is encountered section, select the Always open pop-ups in a new tab option button.
- Click the OK button to close the Tabbed Browsing Settings window.
- Click the OK button to close the Internet Options window.

Configuring Tabbed Browsing in Firefox:
- From the Firefox menu bar, select Tools and then click Options.
- From the Options window click the Tabs icon.
- From the New pages should be opened in: section, select the a new tab option button.
- Select the When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately check box.
- Click the OK button to close the Options window.
