Top Producer CRM currently supports over 80 lead providers. Depending on the provider, the setup process varies. We recommend you review the Qualified providers in this list to see if you should complete the setup in the Lead Provider Setup section (as outlined below), or use another method.

If your provider appears in the first list, follow the steps in the Directing Leads from Other Sources article to funnel leads into Top Producer CRM. If your provider appears in the second list, follow the steps below to set up your lead provider.

Note: If you want to set up, the setup must be done in the Control Panel. See Receiving Leads from your account for details.

To set up a lead provider:

    1. Go to the Account Menu and select Settings.
    2. Click the Contacts tab.
    3. Click the My Leads
    4. In the Lead Provider Setup section, click the Add Lead Provider link at the bottom.lead-provider-setup
    5. Select the Lead provider name from the drop-down list.
    6. Enter your username and password as instructed by your lead provider.

Note: Some providers also require configuration be completed from within the lead provider’s control panel or account. If this is necessary, please contact your Lead Provider for more information.

Confirmation Notes:

The green icon Lead Provider Active Status Icon confirms that the setup was successful. The red icon Lead Provider Inactive Status Icon communicates a problem in the connection.

If the username or password is incorrect, Top Producer will provide an error message:
