Top Producer® 8i CRM: 3rd Party Data Service Overview

The 3rd party data services manages communication between Top Producer CRM and outside applications, such as ZipForm Online and TransactionPoint. Top Producer CRM supports an increasing number of paperless transaction management firms.

In order to electronically transfer your closing files over to a transaction management system, you will first need to subscribe to both systems and then set up the data service in Top Producer CRM. As new services become available they will be offered from the 3rd Party Application drop-down in the Add Data Service in-line.

Editing a 3rd Party Data Service

  1. Click on Settings under the Account menu at the top right of any screen.
  2. On the General tab, click on 3rd Party Setup sub-tab.

  3. Click the name of the application you want to edit.
  4. Edit the desired fields and click the Save button.

To delete a 3rd party data source:

  1. Click on Settings under the Account menu at the top right of any screen.
  2. On the General tab, click on 3rd Party Setup sub-tab.

  3. Click the Delete icon Delete for the service you want to remove.
  4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.

Log in to setup data services.
