3rd Party Data Services
The 3rd party data services manages communication between Top Producer and outside applications, such as ZipForm Online and TransactionPoint. Top Producer supports an increasing number of paperless transaction management firms. In order to electronically transfer your closing files over to a transaction management system, you will first need to subscribe to both systems and then set up the data service in Top Producer. As new services become available they will be offered from the 3rd Party Application drop-down in the Add Data Service in-line.
