Whether you’re entering new leads or long-time clients, the process is the same. The only difference are the statuses you apply that identify where they are in the lead lifecycle. To add a lead:
- Go to Contacts > Add Lead.
- Select a status of either New (never contacted) or Engage (contacted, but not yet qualified).
- Enter the lead details. For more information, see Adding Contacts.
