Deleting a Personal Presentation Template
System and franchise templates that come with every Top Producer 8i account cannot be deleted or modified in any way. You can, however, delete any of your personal templates.
To delete a personal presentation template:

Open the Marketing Library landing screen. From the Main Menu bar, click the Marketing icon.
- Click the Presentation Library action link.

From the Show Category drop-down list, select the category containing the template you want to delete. Hover your mouse cursor over its thumbnail image.

From the Template pop-up, click the template's Delete action icon.

Click Yes in the resulting confirmation dialog box to delete.
Note: If the pop-up does not contain a Delete action icon, the template is a system template and cannot be deleted.
