Emails and Letters
Performing a mail out or creating email and letter activities makes use of templates. Templates are designed to automatically include the information of each Contact or Lead that you include in the mailing. Top Producer includes hundreds of pre-made templates. This section contains information that will help you view, edit, and create letter templates.
Note: If using Top Producer CRM on a Mac, you can create/edit email templates using the email editor. However, currently you cannot create/edit letter templates or modify letters you’ve created from system templates on a Mac. The ability to edit these materials will be released soon.
