Top Producer® 8i CRM: How to Change the Status of a Listing

As your listing changes status in the real world, you will want to update the listing record in Top Producer CRM to the correct Listing Status. To change the Listing Status, follow the steps below.

Open the Listing Record and select the Listing Info tab.

Click the current listing status to switch the record to Edit Mode. In the Status pull-down menu, select the correct status.

Click Save Listing Information to save the change.

Note: If a closing record is linked to a listing, the listing will reflect changes made to the closing’s status. When the status is changed to Closed/Paid, the listing record is frozen.

Log in to change the status of a listing.
