When using the Top Producer CRM Share feature to post messages to Facebook, Internet Explorer users may experience an issue if including an image in the post. Affected users that submit a post including an image may see a persistent in progress window indicating the message is being sent, but the in progress status never ends and it appears as though the message is never sent.
If you encounter this issue, please note the below information:
- To remove the persistent in progress window and continue using Top Producer CRM, refresh your browser window by clicking the refresh icon in the browser address bar, or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
- Although it appears the message failed to be posted to Facebook, it actually succeeded. There is no need to attempt to post the message again. You may log in to your Facebook account and verify the message was posted.
- Users posting a message to Facebook without an image, or posting messages to Twitter, do not experience this issue.
- Users of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari (Mac) are not affected by this issue. If you regularly post messages from within Top Producer CRM that include images, we recommend you switch to one of these browsers.
Our team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it in an upcoming release.
