To reset your Top Producer CRM password, sign out of Top Producer CRM by clicking the Sign Out link in the Utility menu then click the Forgot/Reset Password link on the Top Producer 8i Sign In screen.


A Wizard will guide you through the process of defining a new password.

Note: In order to change your password, you will need to supply the “secret answer” you entered during initial setup.
