Some users are unable to mark a call or activity as Done from within a contact record, on the Summary tab. This issue is caused by an apostrophe within the activity title.

Cannot mark done next call or appointment

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

  1. Click the Activity Title to open the activity details, then click Mark Done from the details screen.
  2. Click the Activity Title to open the activity details, edit the title to remove the apostrophe ( ‘ ), and Save the activity. It can then be marked done as normal.

 

This is a known issue which the development team is working to resolve in a future update.
