Some users are unable to mark a call or activity as Done from within a contact record, on the Summary tab. This issue is caused by an apostrophe within the activity title.
To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
- Click the Activity Title to open the activity details, then click Mark Done from the details screen.
- Click the Activity Title to open the activity details, edit the title to remove the apostrophe ( ‘ ), and Save the activity. It can then be marked done as normal.
This is a known issue which the development team is working to resolve in a future update.
