Saving and Viewing Email Attachments
Top Producer 8i allows you to receive email attachments up to 5mb in your Top Producer inbox. Any emails that contain attachments will be indicated by an attachment 
icon on the left side of the email message
To view or save email attachments, follow the steps below.
- Click on an email to open it below in the preview area.
- Ensure you expand the email header details by clicking the Expand header
icon. When expanded the icon will change to green 
- Click on an attachment link (beside the Attachments icon). A File Download window opens.
- To view the attachment, click the Open button.
- To save the attachment to your computer, click the Save button. Choose where you want to save the attachment, and click the Save button.
