Searching Leads by Lead Quality
Although most of the time you can easily find the leads you want by using the Leads Portlet on the Dashboard or the Leads Summary in the Contacts menu, there may be times that you need to search for leads based upon Lead Quality together with additional criteria. You can perform an advanced search and choose to display leads with specific lead qualities along with any other criteria you select.
To begin, hover your cursor over the Contacts menu and select Search for Contacts.
- Click the Advanced Search tab.
- Next to Search For select Contacts, with Lead Quality, that contain any of. If you choose multiple lead qualities, the contain any of option will display any leads that have any of your selections.
- Place a check next to one or more of the Lead Qualities in the box on the right, then click Done.
- If you would like to search by additional criteria, click Add Condition and enter your desired search. Then click the Search button to begin the search.
The search results page will contain leads that match your criteria, at which point you can perform standard functions like Mass Open, Email, Schedule Activity, Mass Update, and Create Report.
