Deleting a contact will delete the complete contact record (lead information, contact details, photos, activities, associates) and any linked items, such as properties, listings, or closings.
To delete a contact from the Contacts summary screen:

Open the Contacts Summary screen. From the Main Menu bar, go to Contacts > Contacts Summary.

Click the Delete action icon (Trash Can Icon
) adjacent to the contact you want to delete. -
Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box.The contact record is deleted.

To delete a contact from a Contact Record screen:
- Open the Contact Record. From the Main Menu bar, go to Contacts > Contacts Summary.
- Click the contact's name to open their Contact Record.
- Click the Summary tab in the upper left corner of the contact record.
- Then click the Delete Contact action link in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box. The contact record is deleted.
