What is the Contact Status Feature?

The Contact Status feature groups your contacts by assigning each record a status that is based on your level of interaction with that contact. You can then target specific groups to either increase or maintain consistent contact. Click here to learn how to disable this feature.

The status of a single contact appears in the Contact Record header.

To assist you in formulating a plan for each group of contacts, Top Producer provides suggested next actions to take with the contact to either increase or maintain consistent contact. In addition, 8i also provides related property information for the contact's surrounding area that you can use to showcase your knowledge about the area.

Related property information appears in the right side of the contact header after clicking Things to Talk About. For more information, see The Things to Talk About Feature.
