There is a current issue with the Chrome browser autopopulating saved usernames into non-username related fields. This can result in unexpected behavior, for example inaccurate search results due to the username having populated into the email field.
If you are experiencing this issue please use incognito mode as a workaround.
To launch an incognito window:
- Open Chrome.

Click More
, then New incognito window.
- A new window will appear with the incognito icon
in the top right corner.
Log in to Top Producer CRM.
