New leads appear in the Sales Pipeline area, separated from your regular contacts where you can quickly follow up and qualify them. Based on whether you have attempted contact with the lead, there are two lists available—New and Retry.
New Leads
Whenever a new lead is received in Top Producer Mobile, it appears on the New Leads list. New leads that haven't yet been followed up appear on this list for 7 days. In addition, leads that have been sent one automatic action plan email will also appear on this list.
To view the New Leads list, tap Sales Pipeline on the Home page.

- New leads you have never contacted appear on this list.
- Leads appear on this list when you specify that the initial contact was unsuccessful and you'd like to try again. This is done when you wrap up and qualify the lead after attempting initial contact.
- Tap to display the Lead Record.
- Displays the lead's primary contact method. Tap to call/email.
- Swipe the lead's name to quickly call
, email
, edit
, or delete
the lead.
Tip: Set up Lead Alerts in Top Producer desktop to immediately be notified via email and/or text message whenever a new lead is received.
Retry Leads
Leads are moved from the New Leads list to the Retry Leads list when you specify that the initial contact was unsuccessful and you'd like to try again. Immediately after attempting contact, you are prompted to specify if the touchpoint was successful. If you select Retry during this process, the lead is moved to the Retry Leads list.
To view the Retry Leads list, tap Sales Pipeline > tap the Retry tab.
