Yes, all parties associated with a listing/closing appear on the Parties tab in the Listing/Closing Record.

1. Tap to display the listing/closing party's Contact Record.
2. Displays the party's preferred method of contact. After placing a call or sending an email, you will be prompted to wrap up the touchpoint.
3. Swipe the contact's name from left to right to reveal additional contact methods.

You can edit a listing/closing party's Contact Record. However, you cannot add parties to or remove parties from a listing/closing in Top Producer Mobile. This must be done from the Top Producer desktop application.

No, you can add listing/closing notes in the Top Producer desktop application, but these notes will not appear in Top Producer Mobile.

You can view and manage all activities associated with a listing/closing from the Activities tab () in the Listing/Closing Record. From here you can record completed activities, and add, prioritize and delete activities.
