Setting Appointment Reminders
You can set reminders to be notified of your upcoming appointments. You can also send email/text message reminders to your contacts to remind them about an upcoming appointment.
Setting reminders for yourself
You can set email reminders for your appointments, which will be sent to the email address you specified in the My Account area in Top Producer desktop.
Tip: If you also use the Google Calendar, you can set up Top Producer Google Sync to receive additional reminder types, including mobile alerts on your device and pop-up reminders. If instead you use the Outlook Calendar, you can set up Top Producer Outlook Sync to receive these additional reminder types.
To set a reminder when adding or editing an activity, tap the Reminder field to select when you want to receive the reminder, and then select Remind me by email.
You can send email and text message reminders to your contacts to remind them about an upcoming appointment. All contacts associated with the appointment will receive the reminder after you send it.
In the top right corner, click on the Account Menu, then My Account.
