You can set reminders to be notified of your upcoming appointments. You can also send email/text message reminders to your contacts to remind them about an upcoming appointment.
Setting reminders for yourself
You can set email reminders for your appointments, which will be sent to the email address you specified in the My Account area in Top Producer CRM desktop.
To set a reminder when adding or editing an activity, tap the Reminder field to select when you want to receive the reminder, and then select Remind me by email.
Sending reminders to your contacts
You can send email and text message reminders to your contacts to remind them about an upcoming appointment. All contacts associated with the appointment will receive the reminder after you send it.
From the My Business List or Calendar view, tap an appointment to view its details, and then tap the Email 
or SMS 
icon.
