Prioritizing Activities

Setting activity priority

When adding/editing an activity, you can set a priority level to help you determine the tasks that require your immediate attention. You can also quickly set an activity's priority level to High by using the swipe method from the activity lists in the Listing/Closing and Contact Records and My Business (shown below).

  1. From My Business, swipe the activity description from left to right.
  2. Tap the Priority (priority-icon) icon.

Note: Setting the priority of a repeating activity will only affect the one instance. All future occurrences will remain unchanged.

Viewing the priority indicator

When an activity's priority level is set to High, an indicator appears when viewing your activity lists. This indicator appears when viewing activities from My Business (shown below) and the activity lists in the Listing/Closing and Contact Records.
