Phone Calls and Email
You can make a call or send an email from many areas in Top Producer Mobile by tapping the number/email address or appropriate icons (
/ 
). Immediately following the call/email, you will be prompted to wrap it up by recording the touchpoint and scheduling a follow-up activity.
You can quickly make a call or send an email from the Contacts list:
- Swipe the contact's name from left to right.
- Tap the Phone or Email icon.
Text Messages (SMS)
You can send a text message after you have entered a mobile number for the contact. Immediately after sending the text message, you will be prompted to wrap it up by recording the touchpoint and scheduling a follow-up activity.
From the Contacts list, tap the contact and then tap the SMS 
icon.
To swipe, press your finger against the
screen of your mobile device and quickly
drag your finger towards the right.
