Managing Contact Notes
Adding Contact Notes
You can add contact notes from the Contacts list and from the Contact Record.
Tip: Using the following swipe method from the Contacts list is the quickest way to add a contact note.
Contacts list
- From the Contacts list, swipe the contact's name from left to right.
- Tap the Add Note
icon.
Contact Record
- From the Contact Record, tap the Notes
tab to display the Notes list. - From the Notes list, tap the Add Note icon.
Managing Contact Notes
From the Notes list you can also view, edit or delete a note.
- From the Contact Record, tap the Notes tab to display the Notes list.
- From the Notes list, tap a note to view it.
- From the View Note page, tap the Edit
icon to edit or delete the note.
