Adding a Contact

To add a contact, from the Contacts list, tap the Add add-icon icon. Any contacts you enter in Top Producer Mobile are immediately available in Top Producer on your deskop and vice versa. There is no need to synchronize your database.

Editing a Contact

From the Contact Record you can add a note, edit their information (by tapping the Edit edit-icon icon) and more. Changes made in Top Producer Mobile are immediately available in Top Producer on your desktop and vice versa.

  1. Edit the contact.
  2. Displays a list of contact notes. From the Notes list you can view, add, edit or delete a note.
  3. View and manage activities related to the contact. From this list you can add, prioritize, delete and record completed activities.
  4. View any properties associated with the contact, including details such as property features and tax information. You can also display any of the contact's properties on a map.
  5. View the contact's associates.
  6. Mark the contact as a favorite.
  7. Indicates the primary contact method. Tap to call/email.
  8. Send a text message.
  9. Display the contact's property on a map.
