Once you’ve set up your email accounts in Top Producer CRM on your desktop, you can access your contacts’ email history no matter where your travels may take you. The setup is quick and easy, but must be done in Top Producer CRM on your desktop. See Viewing Email History in Your Contact Records for details.
Viewing email history
Once you’ve added your email accounts in Top Producer CRM on your desktop, just sign out and sign back in on your mobile device to see the communication history. (Tap Contacts > tap the contact > tap the Email History tab.)

If you receive the message below even though you’ve already set this up in Top Producer CRM on your desktop, just sign out and sign back in. You’ll then be able to view the history on your mobile device.
No, this doesn’t copy email to Top Producer CRM. It just displays the email that’s in your account. Think of it as a snapshot of what’s in your email account.
No, since this feature just displays what’s currently in your email account, the deleted email will no longer appear in Top Producer CRM.
