Using the “swipe” shortcut

When viewing the Contacts, Sales PipelineMy BusinessNotes and Properties lists, swipe the contact’s name, activity description, note or property address to perform various functions (see example below).

  1. Swipe the contact’s name from left to right.

  2. Choose from the available options that appear. In this example, you can add an activity, call/email the contact, or add a note.

Tip: You can also swipe through lists in Top Producer Mobile. When viewing a contact, activity, listing or closing record, swipe from left to right to view the next record in the list.

Icons 

When viewing a page, tap the available icons to perform specific functions.

Icon Description
module-icon Available from any page in Top Producer Mobile. Scroll up and tap to access icons that enable you to quickly open the Contacts contacts-icon, My Business my-business-icon, Notes notes-icon, Sales Pipeline pipeline-icon or Properties properties-icon area.
add-icon Available from any page in Top Producer Mobile. Scroll up and tap to access icons that enable you to quickly add a contact add-contact-icon, activity add-activity-icon, note add-note-icon or send a Market Snapshot add-ms-icon (if you have a Market Snapshot license). Also available when adding/editing a note, enabling you to link associated items to it.
contact-icon-add Available from the Contacts list and Sales Pipeline. Tap to add a contact or lead.
activity-icon Available from My Business and the Activities lists in the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Tap to add an activity. Also available from the Contacts list. Swipe the name and then tap to add an activity.
note-icon-add Available from the Notes list and Contact, Activity, Listing and Closing Records. Tap to add a note. Also available from the Contacts list. Swipe the name and then tap to add a note.
view-note-icon Available from the Activity Record. Tap to view notes associated with the activity.
edit-icon Available from the Contact Record, Activity Details page and View Note list. Tap to edit a contact, activity or note. Also available from the Sales Pipeline and Notes list, swipe the lead or note and then tap to edit it.
contact-details-tab-contact-record Available from the Contact Record. Tap to view contact details. Also available from the Properties list. Swipe the listing/closing and then tap to view the seller/buyer details. Also available when adding/editing a note, enabling you to link contacts to it.
notes-icon Available from the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Tap to view your Notes list.

Available from the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Tap to view related activities (tasks).
properties-tab-contact-record
 
Available from the Contact Record and Properties list. Tap to view any properties associated with the contact or your listings. Also available when adding/editing a note, enabling you to link listings to it.
Also available from the List view in My Business. Tap to view incomplete listing activities. Tap again to view complete listing activities. Only listing to-do activities appear on this tab. Calls and appointments related to a listing can be viewed from the Calls/Appointments tabs as they come due.

Available from the Listing and Closing Records. Tap to view any parties associated with a listing or closing.

team-icon Available from the Calendar view in My Business if you have a team/partner license. Tap to display your team members’ calendars.
calls-tab-my-business Available from the List view in My Business. Tap to display incomplete calls. Tap again to display complete calls.
appt-tab-my-business Available from the List view in My Business. Tap to display incomplete appointments. Tap again to display complete appointments.
to-dos-tab-my-business Available from the List view in My Business. Tap to display incomplete to-dos. Tap again to display complete to-dos. 
closing-tab-my-business Available when adding/editing a note, enabling you to link closings to it. Also available from the List view in My Business. Tap to display incomplete closing activities. Tap again to display complete closing activities. Only closing to-do activities appear on this tab. Calls and appointments related to a closing can be viewed from the Calls/Appointments tabs as they come due. Also available from the Properties list. Tap to view your closings.
mark-done-icon Available from My Business and the activity lists in the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Tap to mark an activity done.
priority-icon Available from My Business and the activity lists in the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Swipe the activity description and then tap to provide a visual reminder that the activity is high priority and requires your attention.
priority-list-icon Displays when viewing activity lists. Indicates that the activity is high priority and requires your attention.
delete-icon Available from My Business and the activity lists in the Contact and Listing/Closing Records. Swipe the activity description and then tap to delete an activity. Also available from the Sales Pipeline and Notes list, swipe the lead or note and then tap to delete it.
email-icon Available from the Contacts, Sales PipelineListing/Closing Parties and activity lists. Tap to email the contact. Also available when viewing an appointment. Tap to send an email reminder to any contacts associated with the appointment.
phone-icon Available from the Contacts, Sales PipelineListing/Closing Parties and activity lists. Tap to call. Also available when viewing a call activity, providing that the contact has a phone number entered in their record.
sms-icon Available from the Contact Record. Tap to send a text message. Also available when viewing an appointment. Tap to send a text message reminder to any contacts associated with the appointment.
ms-icon Available from the Home page and Contact/Lead Record if you have a Market Snapshot license. Tap to send a Market Snapshot to a contact/lead.
invited-contact Displays in the Contact Record if you have sent the contact an invitation to connect to your own branded version of the REALTOR.com® Mobile App.
map-pin Available from the Contact and Listing/Closing/Property Records. Tap to view a property on a map. Also available from the Properties list. Swipe the listing/closing and then tap to view the property on a map.
favorite-icon Available from the Contacts list. Tap A-Z and then tap to display only favorite contacts. Also available from the Contact Records. Tap to mark a contact as a favorite.
