4 Quick Steps to Applying an Action Plan to Your Contacts
- To apply an Action Plan to an existing contact, open the contact to view their Contact Details form.
- From the Activities tab, click the Select Action Plans link. A small window opens on the Activities tab displaying a list of all Action Plans.
- Select the Action Plan that best suits the type of contact/prospect that you are reaching out to and select a start date.
- Click Save to apply the Action Plan(s) to the existing contact.
