How do I Manage My Leads?
Top Producer has a built in Lead Management System that allows you to provide superior client service and helps to automate your follow-up. An automated lead management system can help keep you organized and save you time. By integrating effective online lead capture tools with powerful lead management and follow-up tools, you can greatly improve your lead conversion rate with minimal effort!
To take advantage of the Lead Management System provided by Top Producer as described in the How Do I Manage My Leads?How Do I Manage My Leads? video, you will need to make sure the following have been set up:
Top Producer
Top Producer is the central hub of information for managing your leads. If you have not already, you will want to immediately complete the 5-Step Top Producer Setup Wizard: Setting Up Top Producer - Watch VideoWatch Video
Enable Lead Alerts
To have Top Producer send an alert to your mobile phone when a new lead arrives, enter your mobile device information using the steps provided here: Setting Up Lead Alerts - Watch VideoWatch Video
Configure Lead Capture
To be able to capture online leads and have them automatically sent to your Top Producer account, you can use the below options:
- Capturing Leads with Market Snapshot: If you subscribe to Market Snapshot, you can configure a capture form that suits your needs, and then provide access to the form via your website, online marketing, emails, or a unique domain name. A consumer will receive regular snapshots with relevant market data, and you will receive their lead information in Top Producer.
- Configure a 3rd Party Lead Provider / Configure REALTOR.com: If you subscribe to a compatible Lead Provider Service, you can receive your new leads directly in Top Producer.
- Top Producer / Featured Website or 3rd Party Website Lead Capture Forms: Place a form on your website that allows a consumer to contact you and also sends the lead information to Top Producer.
Configure Auto Apply Plans
With new leads arriving in Top Producer, you can specify which Action Plan will be automatically applied to a lead based on where the lead comes from. To set up this automated process, please see Auto Apply Plan Rules - Watch VideoWatch Video
Top Producer Mobile
Top Producer is available from any touchscreen mobile device that is connected to the internet (either through Wi-Fi or your wireless carrier's data plan). You don't need to configure anything extra to use Top Producer Mobile - just go to www.topproducer8i.com on your mobile device and log in!
Once logged in, you will have access to your contacts, activities, and properties. Follow-up actions you perform with your contacts will be automatically synchronized with the desktop version of Top Producer. For more information, visit our Top Producer Mobile Support section.
