Step 9 of 9 – Synchronize with Top Producer

Setting up Blackberry:

CRITICAL INFORMATION: Once Top Producer for Blackberry has finished indexing it will display your data. If you do not synchronize on the same day before using Top Producer on the Blackberry then the entire installation process (1-3 hours) must be repeated.

On the Blackberry, once Top Producer for Blackberry is open and displaying your data, click the Blackberry Menu Button and select Synchronize Data. Enter your password and then press the Blackberry Menu Button again and select Login.

After you have successfully synchronized, the installation is complete and you may begin using Top Producer for Blackberry.

Note: The synchronization should complete successfully. If you receive any errors, please leave the error message on the screen and contact Top Producer Support at 1-800-830-8300 and press 3 for assistance.
