Step 7 of 9 – Load your data to the Blackberry
Setting up Blackberry:
- Login to Top Producer on the computer.
- Go to the Settings section.
- In Settings, click the Handhelds tab.

- On the right hand side of the screen click Email FDR Results.

- At the bottom of the next screen click Download.
- It may take up to several minutes before a Download Prompt appears. Click Save.
- On the Save As screen, select your Desktop in the Save in drop-down menu. Click Save.

Note: If prompted with a This file already exists message, choose Yes to overwrite the existing file. The downloaded file can only be used on the day it was created and downloaded.
- Once the download is complete, click Close.
- Connect the Blackberry to the computer via the USB cable.
Important: The instructions below are different depending on the Blackberry Operating System you are using. If you are not sure of your OS version, click here. Please refer to the below table and follow the appropriate instructions on this page.
Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager by clicking Start, selecting Programs or All Programs, selecting the Blackberry folder and then clicking Desktop Manager.
Within the Blackberry Desktop Manager double-click Backup and Restore.
Click Restore.
Note: If the Restore button is unavailable, click Close and verify the connection status states “Connected” before proceeding. Navigate to the TPBB.ipd file by clicking the Desktop icon on the far left hand side. Highlight the TPBB.ipd file and click Open.
Click OK when prompted to confirm if you wish to proceed.

Open the Blackberry Desktop Software on your computer by clicking the Start Menu, select Programs or All Programs, and from the programs list select Blackberry and then click Blackberry Desktop Software.
The Blackberry Desktop Sofware window will open. Select Device from the top left hand corner and then click Restore.
Tip: If your Blackberry device is successfully connected to your computer, a Sync All button will be available at the bottom right. If you do not have this option available, please ensure your device is properly connected to your computer via a USB cable. Click Change Folder.
Select the Desktop icon at the top, and then click OK.
Under Select Data to Restore choose the Select device data and settings option. Check the box next to TPBB 2.0.15, then click Restore at the bottom right.
Click YES when prompted to replace your current data.
Once the restore is complete, click Close. |

- Go to www.topproducer8i.com
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click the Sign In button

In the top right corner, click on the Account Menu, then Settings.
