No License or Subscription Inactive
If prompted with a message “No License or Subscription Inactive” (as illustrated below), a Top Producer for Blackberry license is required.
To assign a Top Producer for Blackberry mobility license, log in to Top Producer as the responsible agent (the agent who has administrative control) and go to the My Account section.
The section labeled “Add-On Product Licenses in Use” will display if any Top Producer for Blackberry licenses are currently available (as illustrated below).
Note: If Top Producer for Blackberry is not displayed on the list, a Blackberry mobility license is required. Please contact Top Producer support at 1-800-830-8300 and press 3 on the phone menu for assistance in acquiring and assigning the Top Producer for Blackberry mobility license.
Note: If 0 of 1 Top Producer for Blackberry is displayed, or the first number is less than the second number, a Top Producer for Blackberry mobility license is available for assignment to a user.
Note: If 1 of 1 Top Producer for Blackberry is displayed, or the first number is the same as the second number. There are no available Top Producer for Blackberry licenses. A new mobility license will be required or an existing mobility license will need to be unassigned from an existing user and reassigned to the desired user.
To assign a mobility license, click Team Members. Select either the Agents or Assistants tab and click the name of the user that will be receiving the mobility license.
In the edit screen, click Edit Agent Info / Edit Assistant Info at the bottom left hand corner.
Place a checkmark next to “Allow access to” and select “Top Producer for Blackberry” from the drop down list. Click Save Agent Info / Save Assistant Info to save the changes.
