How to Find the Amount of Free Space on my Blackberry

On the Blackberry, click <Options> and then select <Status>. The amount of free space is listed under File Free. This number needs to be 13,000,000 to 19,000,000 Bytes or larger prior to installing Top Producer for Blackberry.

Note: A minimum of 19,000,000 Bytes is recommended for most users.
If the file free is less than 13,000,000 to 19,000,000 Bytes you may need to contact your service provider if you require assistance with removing unwanted or unneccessary data from the handheld device.

Note: If you do not see the <Options> icon on the main screen, please go to the <Settings> screen and then click <Options>.
