Can My Blackberry Successfully Connect to the Computer
Open Blackberry Desktop Manager on the computer by clicking Start, selecting Programs or All Programs, selecting the Blackberry folder and then clicking on Desktop Manager.
Note: If you do not see the Blackberry folder, the Blackberry desktop manager software will need to be installed from the original CD that came with the Blackberry.
The status displayed on the top left corner of the Blackberry Desktop Manager software should state “Connected” (as illustrated below) if it states “Disconnected” or “Disabled”, please read below.
Blackberry Not Connected to Computer
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the Blackberry and the computer. Within the Blackberry Desktop Manager click Options and then select Connection Settings. Click Detect and then click OK to the prompt. This should detect your Blackberry if it is connected to the computer.

Note: If the status does not change to “Connected” please contact your Blackberry’s service provider to assist with setting up a connection between the Blackberry and computer. Top Producer cannot load if the Blackberry and computer can not connect.
