Does My Blackberry Have a Working Internet Connection?

To test the internet connection on the Blackberry, click the <Browser> icon. Press the Blackberry menu button and select <Go To...>. Enter a website such as www.google.com and press the scroll wheel button. If the contents of the web page are displayed without any errors, the Blackberry has a working internet connection.

Note: If the Blackberry does not have a browser installed or it does not display the contents of any web pages, please contact your service provider to ensure the Blackberry has a working internet connection with WAP and direct TCP services enabled.
