Market Snapshot Update Release
We are continually improving Top Marketer and Market Snapshot with new features, enhancements, and updates. This update gives you a fresh and exciting new look to the Snapshot report, simplifying the display of data and making it easier for consumers to contact you.
Market Snapshot's New Look!
The Market Snapshot report your contacts receive has been completely redesigned! You don't need to make any changes to your account or profile information, and as always, you can still customize your branding, images, and contact information, as well as change the color theme to suit your style! As part of the redesign, the Market Snapshot report now uses HTML5. This means that snapshots can be viewed on any web-enabled mobile device, including iPhones and iPads!
Header
The snapshot header has been improved to increase the exposure of your personal branding, and to make it clearer and easier for snapshot recipients to contact you directly.
Dashboard
Previously, snapshots contained multiple tabs of market data and charts. While providing a wealth of information, it could sometimes seem overwhelming to recipients. The new design simplifies the presentation of information - showing the most important statistics up-front, in an easy to understand display. Clicking the View 90-day trend links provides more data and charts to give the excellent market trend information that your recipients have come to expect!
As before, the snapshot is designed to give your contacts and leads an overview of the market in the area of interest - enough to provide value, but still the right amount the encourage them to contact you for more information. Directly below the statistics, they are encouraged to contact you by email or phone.
Listings and Map
The listings and map area has been changed to improve the display of properties in the report. The list on the left and the map on the right are linked, so that clicking on a property in one will highlight it in the other. The property list shows the most important information for easy reference, and clicking the View Detail link will display all of the available information for that property. Similarly, clicking a property icon on the map will provide a popup box with more information. At the top of the map are options for turning on and off the display of listing types.
Note: With the redesign of the snapshot, the features available within the Market Snapshot Customization area of the Control Panel become unnecessary, and so that menu option has been removed from the Setup menu. No other Control Panel functionality was affected.
