Just Listed Postcard Setup
From the Setup menu select Just Listed Postcards Setup. Or, if you are using the Top Marketer Setup Wizard, click Just Listed Postcards from the menu on the left.
Beside the Featured Listings heading choose one of the options listed:
- If you subscribe to Market Snapshot you can choose Market Snapshot Request with Listing Details
- To create a link that goes directly to your website choose Agent Website Link with Listing Details and type in the link to your listings page on your website.
Setting up your Postcard Defaults
To send out postcards for listings that were Just Listed and/or Just Sold, select your default options.
- Select either or both of the Just Listed and Just Sold checkboxes to enable the postcards service for your properties that were recently listed and/or sold. If both boxes are unchecked, the Just Listed/Sold Postcards service will be disabled.
- Enter the default number of postcards to be sent during each mail out in the Default Quantity box.
- Select the Postage Type. You can choose either First Class or Standard Mail.
Selecting your Postcards
- Click the Select Postcard link to the right of the Just Listed or Just Sold row.
- Select the postcard design that you would like to use.
- To view a larger preview image of the postcard, click the View Larger icon below each postcard.
- Click Update.
The Just Listed/Sold Postcard feature has now been configured and you will receive email notification the next time a postcard mailing is available. Each mailing can be reviewed by clicking a link in the notification email, and no postcards will be mailed without your approval.
