Approving a Postcard Mailing
If the Just Listed / Sold Postcard service is enabled Top Marketer uses your MLS data access information to check whether you have new listings that have been sold or were just listed. For each of these listings, you will receive an email notifying you of the opportunity to send out postcards. If you do not wish to proceed with the postcard mail out; click stop in the postcard confirmation email.
- On the postcard confirmation email, click on GO. You are taken to Top Marketer's login page.
- Enter your username and password and click Sign In. Your default settings are displayed.
- To change these settings:
- Postage type: Select to either send your postcards via First Class or Standard Email. The cost for the selected postage type is calculated on the next screen.
- Quantity: If this number is less than the default quantity entered in the setup screen Top Marketer was unable to retrieve the requested number of valid addresses surrounding the listed property. If Top Marketer retrieves less than 100 addresses, you will be notified via email that there are not enough addresses to proceed with this mailout.
- Change postcard: Click this link to select a different postcard.
- Change property photo: Click this link to select a listing image.
- Click Continue and a summary of your order and the total cost will be displayed.
- Enter your billing information and payment information in the spaces provided and click Continue.
- Review your billing and payment information and click Confirm.
- Your order and credit card information is being processed. Top Marketer will mail out the postcards within 7 days.
- Click Sign Out.
