Just Listed/Sold FAQ
Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards feature. Click one of the questions to see the answer.
Each postcard contains a unique personal access code along with instructions on how to view the listed or sold property details.
- Consumers will visit www.FeaturedHomePrice.com and enter the access code as displayed on their postcard.

- Consumers enter their contact information and then click Register.
An agent branded screen displays the listing.
- Consumers can click Continue to request a Market Snapshot. (This feature is available only if the agent is subscribed to Market Snapshot and enabled this feature).

- Consumers enter their email address, phone, and home attributes. Then, they click Get Free Report.
Once the request is submitted, an agent branded confirmation is displayed.

Each postcard is personalized for each listed/sold address. The image below is an example of the back of a postcard. It contains the personal access code along with instructions on how to obtain more details on the property.

All postcards are 5.5” x 11”, 80#, matte cover, without UV coating and with color on both sides.
For each mailout, the minimum number of postcards that can be sent is 100 postcards while the maximum number is 1000 postcards. The maximum value may change in the future.
Before Top Marketer can print postcards for your property, the following information is obtained from your MLS.
- MLS Number
- Property Type (Sold/Listed)
- Status
- Street Address (House Number, Street Name, Suite Number, City, State, Zip). Not all these fields need to be entered.
- Listing Price
Depending on the postcard design that you selected in your Postcard settings screen, it may also need the following information:

If this information is unavailable, Top Marketer will not be able to send you the Postcard Confirmation email. If your property address (on the Postcard Status Report screen) has a ‘Missing Data’ status, log on to your MLS and ensure that the missing data is entered. Return to the Postcard Status Report screen and click GO to start the Postcard Confirmation email.
If your recently listed or sold property does not contain any images, the Postcard Confirmation email will also indicate that no image is available for this property. To continue with the postcard mailout, you need to upload an image.
You can also select a new listing photo when approving the postcard mailout. Note that any future postcard mailouts will also use this new photo. To restore the original photo, simply upload it again.
If you recently subscribed to the service, ensure that this service is activated. On the Postcards Setup screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup > Just Listed Postcard Setup), select the Just Listed and/or the Just Sold check boxes. Click Save & Close.

Also, ensure that you entered a valid email address in your Agent Information screen.

Top Marketer was unable to validate the property’s mailing address. To resolve this, log on to your MLS and ensure that the address is correct. Then, log on to Top Marketer and open the Postcards Status Report screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcard Status Report). Next to the property for which you want to send postcards, click Go.
Each mailout must have a minimum of 100 addresses. When there are not enough addresses surrounding the listing address, you will receive this email and will not be able to send out postcards for this listing. This may happen in new subdivisions or sparsely populated areas.
Yes. To view all of your postcard mailout opportunities, open the Postcards Status Report screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcards Status Report).
Click Go next to the property address for which you wish to send out postcards.
When you receive your first email, you need to respond by either approving or declining the mailout offer. If you wish to continue with this mailout, click Go. To decline, click Stop.
First class mail takes priority over Standard class mail so they are delivered immediately. First class mail can be delivered as soon as the next day. Standard class can take anywhere between 2 -3 weeks. Note that delivery time varies according to volume and natural conditions.
Go to the Postcard Setup screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup > Just Listed Postcard Setup) and clear the check boxes next to Just Listed and Just Sold. Then click Save & Close.
If you don’t have a Market Snapshot subscription, you can direct consumers to your personal web site. To specify this Web site, open the Postcard Setup screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup > Just Listed Postcard Setup).

A few things may go wrong. Top Marketer provides you with a report of all your listed/sold properties along with their status. Open the Postcard Status Reports screen (Top Marketer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcard Status Report). Locate the address of the property that you recently listed/sold and look at its status.
- Address Failure: Top Marketer was unable to validate the mailing address for your property. To resolve this, log on to your MLS and enter the correct mailing address.
- Missing Data: Top Marketer did not receive sufficient information on your property from your MLS. To resolve this, log on to your MLS and ensure that it contains the minimum MLS information.
- Not Enough Addresses: Top Marketer was unable to retrieve at least 100 valid mailing addresses for this mailout. Unfortunately, a postcard mailout cannot be performed for this property.
- No Response: This status will appear if you ignore the email that notifies you of the mailout opportunity.
- Cancelled: This status will appear if you declined the mailout opportunity.
- Credit Card Problem: Displayed if Top Marketer was unable to process your credit card.
