The Create New Snapshot feature allows you to quickly enter a new lead into your Top Marketer Database and create a new Market Snapshot for them, all in one easy step. This feature is intended to be used for a lead that was not captured through Top Marketer inquiry forms, or does not already exist in your database.
Note: To create a new Market Snapshot for a lead that is already in your database, you can use Create Contact Snapshot instead. For more information on Create Contact Snapshot, click here.
Unique leads are identified by their email address. If you use Create New Snapshot for someone that is already in your database and enter the same email address, a new Snapshot will be created for them and associated with their existing record.
Create New Snapshot can be accessed through the Market Snapshot menu within the Top Marketer Control Panel. This will open the Market Snapshot Request form.
Enter the lead information in the fields provided. Required information is denoted by *. If you belong to more than one MLS, the MLS menu at the bottom allows you to choose which MLS to use for this Snapshot.
When you’ve entered the information, click Generate to add the lead to your database and generate their Market Snapshot.
If the default fields are not specific enough, the Advanced button will give you access to an advanced search of your MLS. This allows you to refine your search criteria to include MLS data that more closely matches the subject property.
Note that only the search options made available by your MLS will be accessible in the Advanced Search section.
