Changing Your Top Producer® CRM Password

To reset your Top Producer® CRM password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to If logged in, click Sign Out in the top right.
  2. Click Forgot Password? on the login screen.

  3. Enter your username and click Send Password Link.
  4. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Click RESET PASSWORD in the password reset email.
  6. Set your new password as prompted and click Reset Password.

Note: This process will reset both your Top Producer® X CRM and Top Producer® 8i passwords.
