The Top Producer 7i Data Transfer Wizard allows you to import data from a number of common programs and other data sources. The only requirement is that the data must be saved in a "comma-separated-values" (CSV) format prior to import. The CSV format is a recognized industry standard supported by most programs, so it is likely that you will be able to export your data in this format. It is a simple file that is readable by virtually any database or spreadsheet program.

The Top Producer 7i Data Transfer Wizard allows you to import data from the following programs:

ACT!, Goldmine, Maximizer, Prep 3 or PowerPak

If you are importing data from one of these programs, it is recommended that you contact Top Producer Technical Support for further assistance. Certain procedures are required to ensure that your data is imported correctly into Top Producer 7i.

All other programs (i.e. Outlook, custom .CSV data files)

For all other programs, such as Outlook or for a custom CSV file, continue with the data import instructions below.
