Step 1: Go to the Preferences Tab
Step 2: Click on the "Contacts" sub-tab, select "Lead Provider Setup"
Step 3: Click on the option "Add Lead Provider" (at the bottom)
Step 4: In the "ADD LEAD PROVIDER" box, click on the name of your lead provider. This will auto-populate the URL
Step 5: Enter your username/password as instructed by your lead provider.

Confirmation Notes:

The green icon confirms that the setup was successful
