Market Data Display
You can access Market Data Display through the Top Marketer Setup Wizard or from the Control Panel. To access the Market Data Display from the Control Panel, select Market Data Display from the Setup drop-down menu.
To create a new display, click Add New.
Note: At first there will be nothing available in the Market Data Display list. Once you create a Market Data Display, you will be able to return here to edit it.
Market Data Display Setup
In the Market Data Display Setup section, you select what type of data will be presented and the text headings that appear.
- Market Data Type: Choose between Average Listing Price (single property type), Average Listing Price (all property types), Days on Market (all property types), Price Reduction (all property types).
- Marketing Area: Select the area that should be used as the target for generating the data. The areas available are defined in Area Management.
- Property Type: Select the property type you would like to target in the data.
- Heading & Sub-Heading: Enter the text that you would like to appear as the Header and Sub-Header when the data is viewed.
- Agent Source: Enter the source you would like to use to identify any leads obtained through the data display.
- Call to Action: Choose if you would like to include a link to your Market Snapshot Lead Inquiry Capture Form, or your Newsletter Subscriber Capture Form.
Display Appearance
The Display Appearance section allows you to choose the overall size of the data display as well as the color theme. The Large size is suitable for a full-page (or standalone) display of the data, such as using a direct link or when framing the content into an existing webpage.
The Small size is suitable for including the data as part of an existing webpage, particularly when using the Get Web Form code. When a consumer clicks the small size data display, the large size will open.
Web Form & Link Code
Once you have selected your display options and entered your desired text, you are ready to generate the code needed to provide consumers with access to the information. There are three types of codes available, each with their own purpose:
- The Get Web Form code creates a "Widget" designed to be placed directly on a website page. The data is contained within an HTML iframe for easy placement. Once you copy the code, open your desired website page for editing (in HTML mode) and paste the code. The widget is designed to appear as a self-contained box.
- The Get Link option provides a direct URL link to the data, which can be copied into a website page, blog post, social media update, email signature, or any other online media you use for marketing your services. Clicking the link displays the information to the consumer.
- The Get Graph URL option generates a direct URL link to only the data graph. This is the same graph contained in the information generated by the Get Link URL. This link is useful if you want to only display the chart information without the associated data tables.
To obtain any of the codes, simply click the desired button, highlight all of the text in the box and copy it (CTRL+C). You can then paste it in the desired location.
Once you have finished configuring this Market Data Display, you can save it for future use. Click Save & Close to save this setup and add it to the list.
Once added to the list, you can always edit an existing Data Display by clicking the Edit Icon 
, view it by clicking the View Icon 
, or delete it by clicking the Delete Icon
