The first step of the Setup Wizard enables you to specify how your branding will appear on the snapshot reports you send to your contacts. You can define this information or import it from your® or Top Producer CRM account.

1. Import your Contact Information (Optional)

Save time and ensure branding consistency by importing your profile information (photo/logo, address and contact information) from® or Top Producer CRM. Just click the appropirate button and follow the instructions.

2. Add your photo and contact information

Add your photo, phone number, and email address, which will appear at the top of the snapshot report. We’ve given this information the most prominent display in the report because it is the most important information to consumers. Just click the Edit link next to the information you want to add or edit.

3. Add other information about yourself

Add additional contact information to appear at the bottom of the report- again, by clicking the Edit buttons.

4. Choose a color theme

Select the color theme for your Market Snapshot. Select the check box if you are required to display your city and state/province.


Once you’ve finished entering your information, click Next to go to Step 2 of the setup wizard.
