Agent Information
The Agent Information step of the Top Marketer Setup Wizard allows you to specify your contact information, which will be used to custom brand all marketing sent from Market Snapshot, Market Builder, and Just Listed/Sold postcards.

This article will provide an overview of the important features available in this section.
Auto-Fill
If you subscribe to Top Producer 7i/8i or Realtor.com®, you can use this section to automatically import your information from those accounts. This can save you time and ensure consistency throughout your marketing tools. To import the account information, click the appropriate link in this section: Auto-fill from your Top Producer 7i/8i account, or Auto-fill from your Realtor.com account.
Agent Information
Manually enter your contact information within this section and add your photo and company logo. This should be the information you use for all of your other marketing - like your business cards, flyers, and advertisements.
Note: Full Name is automatically populated by the name of the account owner and cannot be changed. The Full Name is not displayed externally.
The name that is visible to recipients is controlled by the Display First Name and Display Last Name fields. Enter the name you’d like recipients to see when they receive marketing from Top Marketer.
Tip: If you would like two names to display instead of one, simply type both names in the fields. For example: to display “Anthony Agent & Dawn Smith”, enter “Anthony Agent &” in the Display First Name field, and “Dawn Smith” in the Display Last Name field.
The Text Size
icons located to the right of some of the fields determine the relative size of the text. By default all fields are set to use the standard text size. If you would like certain information to be larger, simply click the large A icon.
If you would like to see how your information will be displayed, click the Preview button on the right of the page.
Email Address is a required field. This is the account Top Marketer will use to send you Market Snapshot emails and will be used as the return email on anything sent to consumers.
While all leads received through Top Marketer will be automatically added as leads in your account, you also have the option to receive lead notification via email. If you would like to enable this feature, place a check next to Yes for the Receive Inquiries by Email option and enter the email address where you’d like to receive notification.
In the Facebook Page, Twitter Page, and LinkedIn Page fields, enter the website address of your social media profile pages for those sites. When a url is entered, a mini-icon for Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn will appear as part of your contact information. If a consumer clicks the icon they will be taken to your page.
Insert your Agent Photo and Company Logo by clicking the Change Photo and Change Logo links on the right of the page.
Click the browse button to locate the file on your computer and then click Update Photo to add it to Top Marketer. You can also remove your photo by clicking the Remove Photo button.
Note: Uploaded photos cannot exceed a size of 2MB each and must be PNG, JPG, or GIF format.
Mailing Address & Display Address
The Mailing Address is used for Market Builder Postcards and Just Listed/Sold Postcards. Even if you don’t plan on using postcards, it is highly recommended that you enter your address information. The Display Address can be included on all Top Marketer messages, including Market Snapshot, by placing a check next to Check here if legally obligated to display address. If your Display Address is the same as your Mailing Address, simply place a check next to Same as Mailing Address.
